Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and AI-Studio, the operator of AI-Studio. By accessing or using AI-Studio, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your location.

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Do not share access in a way that bypasses workspace permissions, and notify the service operator if you believe your account has been compromised.

You retain rights you hold in prompts, scripts, uploads, project data, and other content you submit. You grant AI-Studio the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, and transmit that content solely to operate the features you request.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit, including any likenesses, voices, music, trademarks, and copyrighted materials.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to material generated for others, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output and for deciding whether and how to use or publish it. Do not rely on AI-Studio for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Do not use AI-Studio to break the law; exploit or harm people; create malware; defeat security controls; access another user's data; impersonate others deceptively; infringe rights; or generate content prohibited by an applicable AI provider. Automated activity must remain within documented limits and must not disrupt the service.

Some features rely on model, authentication, hosting, storage, or other third-party providers. Their terms may also apply to your use of those features. AI-Studio is not responsible for independent third-party services or changes they make to availability, pricing, or output.

Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued to improve the product, protect users, comply with obligations, or respond to provider changes. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, or events outside reasonable control.

Access may be limited or terminated when reasonably necessary to stop abuse, protect the service or other users, comply with law, or address a material violation of these terms. You may stop using AI-Studio at any time.

AI-Studio is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities.

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to support@ai-studio.tools.
