Privacy policy

This policy applies to the AI-Studio website, authenticated workspace, and related services. AI-Studio is a creative production workspace for scripts, storyboards, images, audio, video, and connected workflows.

We process account details supplied during sign-in, such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, and session information. We also process the projects, prompts, scripts, assets, references, generated media, settings, and other content you choose to place in a workspace.

Technical records may include request timestamps, security events, device and browser information, IP-derived network data, error details, and usage information needed to operate and protect the service.

Information is used to authenticate users, provide the requested creative features, save project state, coordinate generation jobs, secure the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability. AI-Studio does not sell personal information.

If you choose Continue with Google, AI-Studio requests only the basic Google profile and email permissions needed for authentication. Google may provide your name, email address, profile image, and stable Google Account identifier. AI-Studio uses this information to create or link your account, sign you in, display your account identity, maintain a secure session, and prevent account abuse.

AI-Studio does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or other Google content. Google sign-in data is not used for advertising or sold. Supabase processes the OAuth exchange and stores the account and session records needed to provide authentication on AI-Studio's behalf. Basic Google profile data is not sent to AI model providers unless you independently include that information in content submitted to an AI feature.

Google sign-in data is retained while your AI-Studio account remains active and as otherwise described in the retention section below. You can revoke AI-Studio's Google access from your Google Account. You can also request deletion of the account information retained by AI-Studio by emailing support@ai-studio.tools.

When you request an AI operation, the content needed for that request may be sent to the selected model provider. The provider processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy. Avoid including sensitive information in prompts or assets unless it is necessary and you are authorized to use it.

Authentication, database, and file-storage functions are supported by Supabase. Hosting, network protection, malware scanning, and other infrastructure providers process limited information as needed to deliver and secure the service.

AI-Studio uses access controls, encrypted connections, isolated service credentials, request validation, rate limits, audit records, and file security checks. No service can guarantee absolute security, so you should also protect your account and promptly report suspected misuse.

Account and project information is retained while needed to provide the service, meet security and operational requirements, or comply with applicable obligations. You may delete supported content from the product. Backup, audit, and security records may remain for a limited period before they are removed or de-identified.

Essential cookies and similar storage are used to maintain secure sessions, complete sign-in, prevent cross-site attacks, and remember required preferences. AI-Studio does not use advertising cookies.

You may choose what creative content to submit, disconnect supported providers, update available account information, or stop using the service. Requests concerning personal information can be directed to support@ai-studio.tools.

AI-Studio is not directed to children under 13 and should not be used by anyone who cannot legally consent to these practices in their country.

This policy may be updated as the service changes. Material revisions will be reflected by the updated date on this page. The service is operated under the name AI-Studio. Privacy questions can be sent to support@ai-studio.tools.
